☞ Copy of your High School Diploma or Transcript, or G.E.D.

☞ Original Social Security Card (copy will be made)

☞ Two (2) wallet size photos of yourself

☞ Copy of your Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card

☞ Copy of your prior year's Federal Income Tax Return (If you filed) 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ (If selected for verification) OR a *Copy of your parent’s prior year's Federal Income Tax Return (if they filed) 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ (If selected for verification)

*Only if you are a Dependent Student = You are under 24 years of age, and you have no children, and you are not married.
